Regional Maintenance Director

Under the direction of the Sr. Regional Maintenance Director, the Regional Maintenance Director is responsible for developing scopes of work and contractor bids, establishing maintenance and turnover standards for assigned communities, developing and mentoring service team members, ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures, and managing safety and inventory control processes. This role provides direct support to onsite teams in Indiana, Ohio and Pittsburgh and plays an essential part in maintaining operational excellence across the portfolio.
