TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE- Entry Level

The Talent Acquisition Associate will support the Melbourne Maintenance, Repair, Operations (MRO) organization in attracting and hiring top talent. This role involves managing the logistics of the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also assist with job postings, candidate screening and various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the HR function. This position reports to the Director HR – MRO Americas.
