Job Description

Your missions: Your role will mainly consist of leading the management of training, recruitment, and temporary work. You will be responsible for the deployment and monitoring of the skills development plan, the organization of training sessions, and associated reporting. You will also be involved in the entire recruitment process, from briefing to selection of candidates, while monitoring recruitment reports and managing recruitment administration on the Dayforce tool, related to the processes of the MCC Label Group. Finally, you will ensure the coordination of the interim activity, in liaison with managers and agencies, ensuring contract compliance and administrative follow-up for the 3 sites. In addition to these assignments, you will participate in HR projects such as the implementation of digital tools, process improvement, or even contribute to the production of HR reports, to internal communication on HR topics and regulatory monitoring to ensure compliance of practices.   Fixed-term contract position, 35 hours, remuneration over 13 months, participation, profit-sharing, meal vouchers   Your strengths You will have every chance of success if: You have proven experience in HR development (training, recruitment, temporary work).You have worked in a subsidiary of a large group and therefore know the stakes.You are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and HR software (ATS, HRIS, talent management systems, etc.)You are recognized for your organizational skills, your discretion, and your rigor in monitoring processes and projects.You enjoy working with different teams and know how to be autonomous in your tasks.You are perfectly fluent in French and know English.
