The Substance Abuse Counselor provides direct care services to patients with mental, emotional, and substance abuse issues, working closely with the treatment team to fulfill the interdisciplinary treatment process for patients with a dual diagnosis. This includes developing and conducting program activities for education and treatment related to substance abuse, as well as providing individual and group counseling sessions. The counselor is responsible for
