WHAT WE OFFER
To support the development of our Customer Intelligence Team, we are looking for a Customer Experience Research & Insights Analyst who will help us transform customer knowledge into meaningful business decisions.
As Customer Experience Research & Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in generating actionable customer insights through advanced quantitative research and data analysis.
Working closely with Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales Excellence and Merchandising stakeholders, you will connect multiple data sources and uncover the customer behaviours, needs and drivers that help shape strategic business decisions.
You will join an international team of customer research, journey management and service design professionals focused on turning insights into action.
In this role you will:
Design and execute quantitative research projects to better understand customer needs, behaviours and expectations.
Gather business information needs and translate them into research objectives and methodologies.
Conduct advanced statistical analyses including segmentation, cluster analysis, regression analysis and driver modelling.
Analyse and connect multiple data sources including survey data, CRM information, digital analytics, customer care interactions and revenue data.
Identify patterns, correlations and key drivers influencing customer behaviour and business performance.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions combining behavioural, attitudinal and operational data.
Collaborate with external research agencies when required and ensure business needs are translated into research requirements.
Partner with internal stakeholders to transform complex analyses into clear and actionable business recommendations.
Support the evolution of customer intelligence capabilities across Lyreco by helping connect existing data sources and uncovering new insights opportunities.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Market Research, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Research, Customer Insights, Consumer Insights or Analytics.
Strong expertise in quantitative research methodologies and advanced statistical analysis.
Hands-on experience with techniques such as segmentation, cluster analysis, regression analysis and driver analysis.
Experience working with survey platforms such as Qualtrics or equivalent research tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into business recommendations.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with SPSS or similar statistical analysis tools.
Knowledge of R and/or Python would be considered a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
Experience in a B2B environment would be an advantage. Previous experience gained within a research, insights, or consulting agency would also be highly valued.
