Job Description
Amazon Australia is a vividly growing business today that is loved by Australian customers. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) enables our Selling partners to hand over the heavy lifting of warehousing, payment processing, delivery, returns, and customer service to Amazon, utilizing the capabilities Amazon has built over the last 25 years.
The Australian FBA team is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Program Manager to support FBA Inbound Operations for the Australian marketplace. This role is located in China while supporting the Australia marketplace. You will work closely with the AU FBA team, Inbound Supply Chain (IBSC), Operations, and external carriers to drive operational excellence across inbound operations, carrier performance, and volume management.
In this role, you will own carrier performance monitoring and compliance, support inbound forecasting and volume management, and contribute to programs that improve the end-to-end seller inbound experience. You will be the operational backbone ensuring carriers meet performance standards, inbound volume flows smoothly into the Australian network, and escalations are resolved with urgency.

Key job responsibilities
• Own and maintain carrier performance scorecards; identify trends, flag under-performers, and drive corrective actions to ensure carrier compliance
• Manage planning and communication with partnered carriers regarding volume projections, destination operations, and issue resolution across Fulfillment Centers
• Partner with cross-functional teams — including but not limited to external carriers, Inbound Supply Chain, NOC, and FC Operations — to drive inbound excellence and resolve issues
• Monitor China-to-Australia inbound volume trends, collaborate with carriers on volume management based on network capacity, and support inbound prioritization for peak events
• Track and report on key operational metrics and build dashboards for real-time visibility
• Support carrier on-boarding to new inbound programs and systems, ensuring smooth ennoblement and adoption
A day in the life
you will be working with FBA operations and PM teams in Australia to resolve FBA operations issue related with Carriers.
you will also deal with Carriers daily request on appointment adjustments, or any inbound related questions, and resolve through partnering with the AU operations and FBA team.
You will also conduct the business and performance tracking for the carriers, and partner with the AU carrier Manager to drive up performance.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience with data and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in software development and experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English and a strong customer focus
- • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues
- • 1Y+ Experience in Operations or Supply Chain
- • 1Y+ Experience with carrier management or transportation logistics
