Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition – Robotics Focus
Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for humanoid robotics-related positions (e.g., Software Engineers, System Engineers, robotics engineers, control engineers, AI/automation specialists)
Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements, talent strategy, and hiring priorities
Build and maintain strong talent pipeline within the humanoid robotics and automation industry
Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent insights analysis
Collaborate with external agencies, universities, and industry networks in humanoid robotics domain
Ensure hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience aligned with BW standards
2. Business Partnering
Provide HR advisory to business leaders on organization, workforce planning, and capability building
Support business transformation in emerging technology areas such as robotics/automation
Ensure alignment of HR practices with business strategy and compliance requirements
3. Data & Reporting
Track recruitment KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline efficiency)
Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement
Analyze industry talent trends in robotics and engineering segments
4. Process & Compliance
Ensure all recruitment and HR processes comply with BorgWarner policies and labor regulations
Drive continuous improvement of TA processes and tools
Support onboarding processes for key hires
