Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in cold calling and engaging with clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US market.

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication and engagement.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs.

  • Present product/service offerings, emphasizing key value propositions.

  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-9 years of experience in Inside Sales with a focus on cold calling in the US market.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.

  • Experience using CRM tools for tracking and reporting.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.

Hunting role - US market - IT services, working 5:30 pm - 2:30 am (India) night shift, Based in Bangalore
