Your Recipe for Impact — What You’ll Do
As a Legal Intern, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting our Office of General Counsel while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll help drive informed decision-making through research, analysis, and operational support—contributing to work that helps protect and strengthen our business.

Day-to-Day Ingredients — Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern, you will:
- Conduct legal research on assigned topics and summarize key findings
- Draft memoranda, reports, and presentation materials with clear recommendations
- Assist with contract review and legal document preparation
- Support attorneys across a variety of legal matters and projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance legal initiatives
- Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team as needed
What You Bring to the Table — Required Experience
As a Legal Intern, you must have:
- Pursuit of a degree in Law or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
Extra Toppings — Desired Experience
As a Legal Intern, we prefer you to have:
- Previous internship or experience in a legal or corporate environment
- Exposure to contract review or compliance-related work
- Familiarity with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Where & How You’ll Work
This role is based at the San Antonio Home Office, working on‑site Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. In this role, you’ll have strong collaboration with leadership, across cross-functional teams, and with external partners to align capabilities with restaurant realities. The work environment is fast‑paced and requires sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills. Full‑time availability is required, with occasional extended hours based on business needs, along with occasional travel to properties, project sites, and external meetings. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the San Antonio Home Office.
