Pay Range: $67,000 - $93,500 per year

UNCOMN is seeking a Systems Analyst (Business Process Analyst 2-3, Associate/Mid-Level) to:
- Maintain the War Data Platform's (WDP) requirements artifacts.
- Process approved requirements changes into the requirements repository.
- Update the requirements traceability matrix and maintain version-controlled requirements documentation in the Government knowledge base.
- Prepare (TEM) documentation including agendas, action item logs, and meeting minutes.
- Track open requirements issues through resolution, support requirements validation activities, and prepare requirements status reports for program management reviews.
- Manage workload independently and meet deadlines for assigned projects and deliverables.
- Contingent upon contract award.
This position description outlines the core duties for this role, but it is not all-inclusive. Responsibilities may shift based on contract requirements, mission needs, or organizational objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of requirements management, systems engineering support, or technical documentation experience in a DoD or Federal environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama, or similar) and document management systems.
- Prior experience maintaining requirements traceability matrices and preparing TEM documentation.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government, which requires US citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual's eligibility.
- Must be comfortable working onsite full-time at the Pentagon's CDAO facility, or at a designated partner facility within the local area, pending final site establishment.
- Must be comfortable meeting DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF)/8140 requirement for Systems Requirements Planner (641), obtaining professional certifications as required by the client/contract.
Preferred
- Active DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) Foundation, ITIL 4 Foundation, or CompTIA Security+.
