🌍 About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Branch Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and understands that strong management means continuous improvement, operational excellence and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the local branch, ensuring efficiency, structure and high-quality execution

  • Coordinate HR and administrative activities (onboarding, attendance, basic HR processes, internal compliance)

  • Oversee supplier management, local negotiations and operational planning

  • Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures and strategic decisions at local level

  • Monitor branch performance and contribute to achieving operational and business objectives

  • Identify and develop local partnerships and initiatives to support business growth

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders in a structured and proactive way

  • Ensure a smooth and well-organized office environment (Office Management responsibilities)

 Your profile

  • Proven experience in a management / coordination role (minimum 2–3 years)

  • Previous experience in multinational or international companies is a strong advantage

  • Solid understanding of HR administration and labor legislation (advantage)

  • Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills

  • Ability to lead, coordinate and motivate teams

  • Good understanding of operational processes and business efficiency

  • Independent user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • English level: minimum B2 (French is a plus)

  • Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
