As a Client Service Manager – Analyst or Associate in the Depositary Receipts business, you will be a key point of contact for managing the DR issuer client base alongside the Relationship Manager. You’ll coordinate personalized service delivery, respond to client inquiries, manage operational deliverables, and support special projects. As a Client Service Manager, you will cover the Depositary’s issuer client base (Corporate share issuers), coordinate with internal functional groups, and provide support around compliance, legal, and operational requirements. You’ll interact with Corporate issuers, custodian banks, registrars and stock exchanges, representing the business in both external and internal situations. You will report to a lead Client Service Manager in London and have scope to participate in global projects and initiatives.
Job responsibilities
- Work with Sales and Relationship Managers to provide solutions to ADR issuer clients.
- Advise clients on activity in their depositary receipt program.
- Participate in account planning sessions and execute deliverables.
- Assist clients with dividend payment processes, annual general meetings, proxy voting, and corporate actions.
- Translate local market corporate events to advise clients on their impact on depositary receipt programs.
- Manage documentation and execution of transactions for Employee Share Awards.
- Facilitate proactive information flow between clients and their investors.
- Coordinate fulfilment of compliance, legal, and internal requirements.
- Represent the business in external and internal situations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in asset servicing, including proxy voting, operations, corporate actions, transfer agency, or custody.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
- Strong due diligence and integrity.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a desire to learn and succeed.
- Ability to work within tight time-frames with minimal errors.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
