Job Description
Reaches the sales target established by Straumann Korea.
Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Co-ordinates sales efforts with Sales Management, Marketing, Accounting, Customer Services and Logistics.
Analyzes the territory potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.
Utilization of CRM software to enable identification and progress of customer interactions.
Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time investment for the territory.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends by reading pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and T&E.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales activity
Sales of products (implants, Biomaterials, related parts, etc.) to dental clinics, hospitals, and related medical institutions.
Finding new customers and managing existing customer relationships.
Promote products by introducing product usage, benefits, and clinical cases.
- Customer support
Support for product ordering, delivery, and inventory management of business partners.
Handling customer complaints and providing technical support.
Product training support through participation in training seminars and workshops.
- Market analysis and strategy development
Market trends and competitor analysis.
Establishment of regional sales strategies and sales plans.
Achieving and reporting monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Support for events and marketing activities
Participating in company-sponsored academic conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
Distribution of marketing materials and product demonstrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above. (Related major preferred: dental technology, dental hygiene, etc.)
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the implant or dental industry.
- Excellent communication, good teamwork spirit, and self-motivation.
- Good selling skills and customer orientation.
- Player-learner mindset.
- Basic understanding of the dental industry and medical devices.
- Valid Driver’s license.
