The Service Porter is a visible, essential part of the team that keeps our service department running smoothly and our guest experience on point.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move and stage vehicles throughout the service drive, lot, and service bays -- safely and efficiently

• Greet guests on the service drive with a friendly, professional presence -- first impressions matter here

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles in the service department -- ensuring every car is returned to the guest in better condition than it arrived

• Keep the service drive, lot, and common areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times

• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and staging to keep workflow moving without delays

• Perform vehicle wash and detail duties as needed to support delivery readiness

• Support the service team with general tasks and errands that keep the department operating at full speed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No prior automotive experience required -- we'll train the right person from day one

• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right every time

• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout the shift

• Moves with a sense of urgency -- the service drive is a fast-paced environment and the team counts on you

• Friendly and professional with guests -- a warm greeting goes a long way

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required

• A hospitality mindset -- you treat every vehicle and every guest interaction like it matters, because it does
