Assistant Branch Manager (Capital Branch)

This position works closely with the Branch Manager to provide leadership and management for a branch team ensuring profitability, growth, and sound operations. This position is responsible for driving branch teammates to provide a best-in-class client experience while assisting new and existing clients through needs-based conversations to generate loans, deposits, and other banking solutions to meet their immediate, short-term and long-term financial needs.
