Laundry Aide - La Frontera Nursing and Rehab- Laredo, TX

• Follow all instructions, safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and infection‑control procedures.
• Operate, clean, and care for all laundry equipment and automated dispensing systems.
• Handle, sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and distribute laundry according to Community policies.
• Maintain proper water temperatures and use laundry chemicals efficiently and safely.
• Safely manage clean and soiled laundry to prevent cross‑contamination and loss.
• Keep the laundry area clean, organized, odor‑free, and ensure lint baskets are emptied regularly.
• Report damaged linens, malfunctioning equipment, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow waste‑disposal procedures, Residents’ Rights, and all Community policies.
• Work cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
