Manager, Infrastructure Operations

We are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead our Systems Administration and Network Support team located in Hyderabad. This leader will oversee day-to-day operations, guide the team technically, and act as a key escalation point for infrastructure issues. A central part of this role includes daily collaboration with our Niles-based Infrastructure team for global projects, operational handoffs, and coordinated support of production systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, proven leadership ability, and exceptional communication skills to operate effectively across time zones.
