Job Description
Purpose/Position Summary: Support the operation to deliver Superior Guest Service by performing duties which includes prompt recognition and greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards. Maintain a clean, orderly and well-stocked bar. Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage service legal requirements and cash handling procedures.
