Job Summary
The Practice -Manager is responsible for the daily oversight of the practice to ensure that effective, efficient and quality patient care is delivered. Responsible for business related aspects of the practice, including patient registration, patient satisfaction, facilitation of billing and quality patient care. Serves as a liaison between the practice and CHOC Children’s and fosters community relationships.Pay Range
Minimum $82,139 Midpoint $108,846 Maximum $135,533Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Position Details
This Practice Manager position will support the Total Pediatrics practice located in Costa Mesa, CA and the Allevato practice located in Orange, CA.
Experience
• Required: Minimum five (5) years of experience working in a medical practice. At least one (1) year practice management or supervisory experience
• Preferred: Over five (5) years office management experience.
Education
• Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field.
Training
• Required: None required.

• Required: Possesses attributes exhibiting leadership, self-motivation, flexibility and teamwork. Ability to prioritize workload of self and others to ensure operational efficiency. Ability to prepare and complete documentation and reports in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards and respect; advance the delivery of care through development of new ideas and technology; promote teamwork to achieve CHOCs mission; and understand and exceed patient/customer expectations, effectively solve complete organizational problems, role model positive and professional behavior. Intermediate skills in using Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point). Effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, well organized and detail oriented with the ability to appropriately prioritize.
