Website https://www.publicisresources.com Overview Senior Associate L1 - Windows Systems Admin We are seeking a skilled Windows Systems Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our Windows endpoint environment. This role is responsible for administering Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Windows Autopilot, maintaining device compliance and security, supporting end users, and helping deliver a reliable, modern workplace experience across the organization. Responsibilities • Administer and support Windows desktops, laptops, and related infrastructure in an enterprise environment. • Manage Microsoft Intune + Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) for device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security. • Configure and support Windows Autopilot for new device provisioning, user-driven deployment, and device lifecycle management. • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, updates, patches, and security baselines. • Monitor device health, compliance, and performance, and resolve issues related to enrollment, policy application, software deployment, and connectivity. • Support Entra ID joined and hybrid-joined devices where applicable. • Package, deploy, and manage applications through Intune, including Win32 applications and Microsoft 365 apps. • Collaborate with help desk, security, and infrastructure teams to support endpoint management initiatives and technical projects. • Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and end-user setup guides. • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for complex Windows endpoint and device management issues. Qualifications Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Windows systems administration, desktop engineering, or endpoint management. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot in a large (20k) business or enterprise environment. • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 administration, troubleshooting, and deployment. • Experience with device compliance policies, configuration profiles, update rings, and endpoint security controls. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policy. • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, application deployment, and user access issues. • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Microsoft intune, SCCM/MECM, or co-management environments. • Familiarity with conditional access, security baselines, and modern endpoint management best practices. • Experience supporting mobile devices through Intune, including iOS and Android. • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate. • Experience in scripting or automation using PowerShell.
