Plumber

Responsibilities: Answer service calls as per tenant’ requests  Perform various plumbing related jobs in buildings  Install new appliances and service plumbing systems  Ensure general maintenance of plumbing equipment  Execute all other related tasks    Experience and Educational Requirements: Five (5) years of experience in plumbing CCQ competency card required   Technical Requirements: Working knowledge of French language both verbal and written Familiarity with computer / tablets is an asset   Non-Technical Requirements: Good knowledge of techniques and practices in use in this line of work Capacity to work independently and perform tasks according to best practices and established procedures  Capacity to evaluate and control work hazards and take necessary precautions.  Knowledge of French both verbal and written   Knowledge of English, an asset
