Split Rock Rehabilitation is a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx.

 

Our dynamic Rehab Department seeks a full time PTA.

 

• Must have current NY State PTA license.
• Must be compassionate, caring & have a passion for providing high quality of care. 
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Experience with Sigma Care and Rehab Optima also a Plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a Plus.
