Job Description
· Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering (MS preferred).
· Minimum 5 years of structural design analysis with aluminum and steel structures.
· Must be a self-starter, with demonstrated autonomy, able to handle unexpected events and take advantage of opportunities to achieve results to meet and exceed expectations
· Must perform as a flexible team member and be a proficient leader and developer of technical people
· Must be able to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization
· Excellent verbal and written communications
· Root Cause Analysis
· Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis and related software
· Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks
· Proficient with structural design analysis programs; RISA-3D, SAP2000, STAAD…etc.
· High knowledge of US building codes and design manuals.
· High experience working with latest AutoCAD and Microsoft Office packages.

· Ability to work with multiple projects and flexible to change tasks with short time notice.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Coordinate products shop drawings, manufacturing, installation, support, and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and design requirements.
· Generates AutoCAD details based on conceptual sketches or needs to develop custom design to meet the needs of the customers.
· Assumes additional related responsibilities and duties as assigned by management
