Job Description
The Customer Service Executive role at UCT is responsible for serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely order processing, and exceptional customer support. This position manages RFQs, quotations, and customer portals, while coordinating deliveries and shipments to meet commitments. It prepares and reviews open order reports, resolves operational issues, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. By combining ERP/SAP expertise, organizational skills, and a strong customer focus, the Customer Service Executive strengthens customer relationships and drives UCT’s operational excellence in the semiconductor industry.
