Job Description

Overview This role is not only about technology governance—it's about reshaping how the company operates, scaling efficient processes globally, and embedding AI into workflows, customer interactions, and employee productivity to accelerate growth and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Transformation & Process Optimization Lead a multi‑year business and process transformation program across all entities and functions (sales, services, delivery, finance, logistics, support, product) to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability. Work with business leaders to drive and monitor the change. Use AI and automation to eliminate manual work, enhance decision‑making, and streamline operations. 2. Data Governance, Analytics & Insights Secure a clean and unified data architecture enabling accurate, real‑time insights. Establish strong data governance: data quality, ownership, lineage, and accessibility. Develop modern analytics capabilities (BI, predictive analytics, AI‑powered dashboards) to support strategic decision‑making. 3. Global IT Strategy & Architecture Define and execute a scalable IT strategy aligned with transformation objectives. Ensure consistent architecture across ERP, CRM, cloud, SaaS platforms, and software product environments. Standardize tools, platforms, and processes to reduce complexity and IT costs. 4. AI Strategy, Integration & Enablement Define the company’s global AI strategy for both internal operations and customer-facing activities with. Identify high‑value AI use cases (e.g., customer success activities, customer support automation, predictive sales, pricing optimization, code assistants, intelligent workflows, delivery optimization). Oversee deployment of AI platforms (GenAI, copilots, automation tools, ML models), ensuring security, scalability, and ethical use. Promote AI adoption in collaboration with HR through training, change management, and best practices. 5. Cybersecurity & Risk Management Own the global security posture and ensure robust protection of data, infrastructure, and SaaS platforms. Implement modern security frameworks (Zero Trust, identity management, secure DevOps). Lead crisis response and compliance programs, including GDPR and industry standards. 6. IT Operations & Service Excellence Oversee global IT operations, ensuring reliable infrastructure, helpdesk performance, and workplace experience. Optimize vendor and partner ecosystems supporting both VAR and Software activities. Implement high-quality SLAs and service delivery models across the international footprint. 7. Collaboration With Product & Engineering Align internal IT platforms with the needs of software product teams (DevOps, cloud hosting, security). Support the development and operation of SaaS products through shared technology capabilities and AI infrastructure. Foster collaboration between IT, engineering, and R&D to accelerate innovation. 8. Leadership & Change Management Lead an international IT organization with strong business orientation. Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and AI adoption. Drive organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions to new tools and processes. Success Indicators / KPIs Adoption and impact of AI use cases across business units. Reduction of manual workload through automation. Efficiency gains through redesigned and standardized processes. Data quality, accessibility, and usage across teams. On-time delivery of transformation roadmap milestones. Improvement in customer satisfaction (NPS), internal operational KPIs, and employee productivity. Global harmonization and rationalization of the toolset. Responsibilities Required Experience & Profile Professional Experience 10–15 years of leadership in IT or digital transformation. Strong experience in process transformation, Lean/Six Sigma, or business architecture. Proven record in AI adoption, automation, or data-driven transformation programs. Experience in both VAR / distribution ecosystems and software / SaaS environments is a major plus. Demonstrated success in international, multi-site organizations. Key Competencies Strategic thinking and strong business acumen. Deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications. Process‑oriented mindset with strong ability to simplify and standardize. Talent development, communication, and change leadership. Ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross‑functional alignment. Qualifications Education Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
