The Mobile and Street Medicine program delivers comprehensive, high-quality medical care and social services to individuals experiencing homelessness in San Francisco. Rooted in the mission to "go to the people", the program offers services directly to patients on the street, in encampments, or via a fully equipped mobile medical van. The program operates as an extension of our Integrated Care Center (ICC), expanding the reach of our services beyond the clinic walls. This new and rapidly growing initiative is committed to providing low-barrier, trauma-informed, and person-centered care in the environments where people live. Our multidisciplinary team prioritizes trust, continuity, and access while delivering compassionate, dignified, and high-quality services to some of the city’s most underserved populations.
