Roles and Responsibilities :
- Knowledge in Shot peeing machine operation and production activities.
- Knowledge in Preparation of new job programme.
- Awareness of Part drawing interpretation and understanding.
- Knowledge in Masking of shot peening parts.
- Development of Fixtures and tools for holding part.
- Knowledge in Shot peening machine preventive maintenance.
- Understanding of Shot peening NADCAP Requirement.
- Understand the shot peening quality requirement and trouble shooting.
- Understand the customer specification as per the route card.
- Knowledge in post and precleaning process for shot peeing parts.
Special skills : Surface Treatment Process/Painting process.
Experience : 2- 5 Years in shot peening process
