ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the B&F Operations Manager, the Beverage Production Specialist will have overall responsibility assisting in the daily operation of the bar, ensuring the bar team has the resources to provide exceptional service to our guests.
This role is instrumental to the success of the restaurant’s operations. We are looking for someone who is creative, motivated and passionate!
As Beverage Production Specialist, key aspects of your role will include:
- A team leader, hard worker, and detail oriented
- Prepare and produce in-house cordials, syrups, spirit infusions and much more
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Batching large scale mixes for all bars across the hotel
- Develop teamwork throughout the bars to ensure seamless communications
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Our ideal Beverage Production Specialist is someone who has:
- In-depth knowledge of different mixology techniques
- Previous experience working in high-end, high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- Excellent communication skills
- A fire in your belly for true hospitality is a must
- Multi-tasking skills
- A positive mindset
- A genuine passion for working in hospitality
