Tiburon Hills Care Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Dietary Aides to join our healthcare team! If you enjoy helping others, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a difference through nutrition and resident care, we’d love to meet you.

As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in supporting our residents’ health, comfort, and dining experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and food service
• Deliver meals and snacks to residents in a friendly and timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas
• Follow food safety and infection control procedures
• Support resident dietary needs and care plans
• Work closely with the Dietary Manager and healthcare team

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for serving seniors and providing excellent resident care
