Plant Maintenance Coordinator

Coordinate the maintenance work on equipment and devices in industrial areas, distributing tasks, guiding and instructing team members on the correct procedures to be followed. Manage the area's management indicators (MTBF, MTTR) in order to address the main causes of failures. Participate in the company's continuous improvement processes, seeking to solve and mitigate problems that occur.

The tasks of this position include:

✓ Reading and interpreting technical instructions;

✓ Consulting manuals, catalogs, and tables to solve problems related to technical specifications, standards and adjustment patterns, tolerances, methods, and work processes.

✓ Supervising professionals during the construction and reconditioning of parts;

✓ Performing calculations at the workshop level;

✓ Developing precision devices.

✓ Defining and monitoring the mapping for preventive maintenance;

✓ Develop preventive maintenance checklists for equipment.

✓ Register spare parts for Production/Maintenance equipment;

✓ Responsible for the engine room (generator and compressor).

Completed Higher Education or Studying / Technician in Industrial Electronics or Automation

Knowledge and Experience in: NR 10 Safety in Electrical Installations; (*) Quality/environmental standards and procedures as per distribution matrix. (*) Occupational Safety Standards and Equipment
