We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DQM Consultant with 5–6 years of experience to join our ATLAS Revenue Assurance team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality customer delivery data across platforms related to ATLAS tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate customer delivery data to eliminate inaccuracies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
- Ensure data synchronization and consistency across systems.
- Maintain accurate, structured data to support customer onboarding.
- Apply validation rules and GUID mapping for complete data.
- Monitor data quality through dashboards and track KPIs (accuracy, completeness, timeliness).
- Investigate root causes of data issues and drive resolution.
- Manage escalations and ensure compliance with SLA.
- Collaborate with other team units and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement data quality improvements.
- Prioritize issues based on business impact and urgency.
- Provide regular reports and updates on data quality.
- Incorporate feedback to refine DQM processes continuously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5–6 years of experience in Data Quality Management, Data Governance, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as RDBMS and ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of data validation, RCA methodologies, and DQM reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
- Experience in ITSM processes is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify data quality issues within enterprise systems and perform effective root cause analysis (RCA)
- Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to manage escalations and meet tight deadlines
