Job Description
【担当業務】
・空調機器（チラー、熱源機、ビル用マルチエアコン、パッケージエアコン、空調換気機器）の、
機器PR、機器・システム提案、顧客質疑対応、見積対応、商品説明会、展示会対応からの、
スペックイン、受注支援営業活動
・物件進捗管理、プロスペクト管理、市場分析、競合他社分析等、クレーム対応
【営業先】
・設計事務所、建設工事会社、設備工事会社、施主関連、東芝・関連会社
【経験・スキル歓迎要件】
・メーカー・商社での営業経験５年程度、特に空調業界での営業経験
・管工事施工管理技士(1級、2級)
【他特記事項】
・コミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ
・建設市場、動向への興味
・基礎的PC操作（社内システム対応、Excel：表、グラフ、基礎的関数、PPT：基礎的知識。Word：
基礎的知識）
・大崎本社での営業経験を積み、その後全国各支社にも異動する可能性あり
