Seafood Lead

Act as a team lead in the seafood department by maintaining Company standards, providing quality customer service, by providing guidance to the seafood associates and maximizing sales and dept gross profits through the implementation of Company programs. Ensures Company safety and sanitation standards are followed and adheres to all Federal, State and Local regulations. It is accountable for price integrity, in-stock, inventory control and payroll management.
