What You Will Do
- Build and manage fleet accounts across commercial, government, and small business segments
- Guide clients through the full buying cycle with clarity and professionalism
- Leverage Toyota Fleet programs and financing to structure deals that actually work for the client
- Keep your pipeline organized, your follow-up consistent, and your relationships strong
- Partner with inventory, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience every time
What You Bring
- Toyota brand experience — required
- Proven automotive sales track record — required
- A book of relationships or the skills to build one fast
- Disciplined follow-up habits and strong CRM usage
- Professional presence and a genuine interest in serving clients well
The Deal
- Commission-based pay plan
- Earning potential: $50,000 - $150,000+ annually for performers who work the pipeline
