
Client Technology Manager
Job Description
The Client Technology Manager (CTM) is a high impact hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering our IT managed services to a portfolio of client accounts with the support of a dedicated technical team. The CTM will manage customer relationships and expectations, liaise to internal communities and stakeholders to ensure customer success and spearhead projects to modernize client infrastructure. Recent Hands-On Technical competencies including Cloud and New Technology experience is required. Please see the "Who You Are" section below.
The role is remote eligible for candidates living in Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Minneapolis, MN and hybrid for Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL.
