The Contact Center Representative (Member Engagement Associate I) is our customer service phone agent in our call center. These individuals create a positive customer experience by resolving member inquiries regarding financial account maintenance and general banking matters. As a representative, they will ensure world class service is delivered by way of effective communication, creative problem solving, and product and service knowledge. Being a banker in the call center the Member Experience Associate I will demonstrate patience and a passion to help, working at a steady pace in a stable and consistent environment.
