ABOUT RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN
Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, a 115-year-old company and the most trusted family of window brands in America.
We are the most awarded brand in the J.D. Power Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study for the past five years. Our commitment to excellence has also earned us recognition as one of the Best Employers for Women in 2023 by Forbes and one of America’s Greatest Workplaces in 2023 by Newsweek.
We are consistently growing due to expanding territories and continued demand for our products and services. At Renewal by Andersen, we build careers—not stopgaps. Our leaders thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment grounded in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
BUILD THE ENGINE. SCALE THE BUSINESS.
- This is not a maintenance-mode operations role — this is a scale inflection opportunity
- We are looking for a builder who knows how to turn fast growth into scalable, predictable operational performance
- Lead and scale a multi-state operation generating $350M+ in annual revenue across Washington, Idaho, California, Oregon, and future expansion markets
- Drive operational execution, profitability, workforce performance, customer experience, and scalable infrastructure across the business
- Partner closely with executive leadership to help shape the future growth and operational strategy of the organization
- Thrive in a high-accountability, low-bureaucracy environment focused on execution, ownership, and results
- If you want comfort, excessive process, or corporate politics, this likely is not the role for you
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
You own operational performance. Not process theater. Not endless meetings. Not “alignment” for the sake of alignment. Execution. Scalability. Profitability. Accountability. Specifically:
- Operational performance across multiple states and markets
- Workforce planning and operational forecasting
- Capacity management and installation execution
- Margin improvement and operational efficiency
- Customer satisfaction and service performance
- Operational scalability and infrastructure development
- Enterprise-wide operational visibility and accountability
- Cross-functional execution between Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Customer Experience
You will lead:
- Installation Operations
- Service Operations
- Logistics
- Permitting & Compliance
- Operational Support Functions
- Operational Leaders across multiple markets
- If operational performance misses, you will own the solution. If we scale aggressively and successfully, you will be one of the architects behind it.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
Not corporate bureaucracy. Not maintenance mode. Not process for the sake of process. Not a leader hidden behind spreadsheets and meetings. We want a builder and operator who has:
- Built scalable systems inside fast-growing organizations
- Installed operational discipline in complex environments
- Improved performance across multi-location operations
- Driven accountability through data and execution
- Led through growth, ambiguity, and operational complexity
- Worked cross-functionally with strong executive leaders
- Balanced speed, quality, customer experience, and profitability
If you have only operated inside highly polished enterprise environments with layers of red tape and slow decision-making, this role may not be the right fit.

HIRING PROCESS
Our hiring process is designed to be thorough, transparent, and respectful of executive candidates’ time. The process begins with an initial phone conversation with Talent Acquisition to discuss background, interest, and alignment. Qualified candidates will then participate in a virtual executive interview with the President. Finalists will be invited to a panel interview with members of the executive leadership team to ensure strong alignment across leadership, culture, and strategic priorities.
As part of the selection process, candidates may also be asked to complete a professional personality or leadership assessment. This assessment is intended to support mutual alignment and long-term success and is one of several tools used to inform final hiring decisions.
