Founded in 1946, Vie-Del Company is a California fruit processor, winery and distillery owned and operated by the Nury family.
One of the oldest California-based grape processors and suppliers of bulk juices, concentrates, brandy, wine and spirits, we also produce a variety of other products for the wine, spirit, food and beverage industries – both domestically and internationally. As of December 2020, our company has expanded to include High-Color Concentrates (HCC) with the acquisition of the Canandaigua Concentrate MegaNatural HCC, Mega Purple and Mega Red, and standard grape concentrates.
Our vineyard and winery are certified by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance, acknowledging adherence to international sustainability standards and continuous improvement. We operate out of two California facilities in Fresno and Kingsburg, and are embarking on a multi-million dollar, state-of-the-art facility expansion. Our company also includes the Vie-Del Equipment Sales division, which offers a wide selection of winery and food processing equipment.

The qualified candidate will assist the Engineering Department in fulfilling the responsibilities and achieving the objectives and goals of the Plant Engineering position.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline or five years Facilities Management. Candidate must have history of facilities development/construction activity, including supervision of related maintenance staff. The candidate must possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. A proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word is crucial. Experience in (CAD) Computer Aided Design, SolidWorks and (PDF) Process Flow Diagrams is required.
