Mazda of Fort Walton Beach is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing service department. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Complete maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues efficiently
- Clearly document all work performed and recommended repairs on repair orders
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all dealership, factory, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an automotive technician (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ASE certifications and/or Mazda certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Own tools required
