What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing technicians to perform at their highest level
• Drive a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer interaction
• Ensure every job is completed with precision, professionalism, and clear communication
• Support technicians in maximizing opportunities while always putting the customer first
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously raise the bar for results and service quality
• Partner with leadership to strengthen processes and grow the business

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing residential service technicians (plumbing preferred)
• A strong leader who inspires, motivates, and holds teams accountable
• Someone who values customer relationships just as much as technical excellence
• Ability to coach technicians on both service delivery and how to communicate value to homeowners
• High energy, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
