Leading power sports dealership in Paramount is looking for a Motorsports Sales professional with experience in the Powersports Industry. This dealership has a reputation built on quality work, and we are in search of hiring a like-minded individual. Candidates must be honest, self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on the highest of customer service standards. Essential Functions:

• Greet and handle customers in a professional and friendly manner exhibiting the highest level of customer service
• Track all customers and leads in CRM
• Meet minimum sales goal requirement
• Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs
• Work with Sales Manager and F&I Manager to ensure clear communication and smooth client experience
• Assist in planning, set-up, and participate in marketing show room floor, exhibits, and displays

Schedule:

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday. Sundays and Mondays off consistently.

Qualifications

• Sales License required (You may obtain after an offer is made)
• 1-2 year Dealership Experience preferred
