Manager, Organizational Effectiveness and Learning

Join our team as Manager, Organizational Effectiveness and Learning. In this role, you’ll build and lead scalable leadership and learning programs that support performance, growth, and integration across the organization. You’ll own the enterprise leadership system, design the annual learning roadmap, standardize onboarding and learning frameworks, and lead the Corporate Learning & Development team to deliver high-impact programs aligned with business priorities.

This position is based at our Home Office in Calgary, Alberta.
