Job Purpose

About the Role

 

The main purpose of the position is to generate more opportunities with marketing activities, primarily IP Solutions. Work closely with marketing manager and sales team to achieve the goal.

In China marketing you get to experience many different types of marketing activities (digital marketing, events, emails, social media and etc).

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and execute local marketing activities with a field marketing manager and sales team to create sales opportunities (BtoB market). Local marketing activities include webinars, events, sales offers, advertisements, social media, and blogs etc.
  • Work closely with HQ marketing team to execute global campaigns in China by reviewing and customizing marketing contents (mailers, website, and brochures).
  • Utilize MA/CRM/CMS tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce etc. to run local campaigns.
  • Work closely with LDR to deal with marketing leads and actively search leads for sales team.
  • Support a field marketing manager to expand IP markets in other APAC regions.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or sales (experience in marketing/PR/Advertising agency is preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Chinese and English.
  • Communication skills to collaborate with sales team and HQ marketing team.
  • Active listening to assess prospect needs and opportunities.
  • Team-work-oriented and a positive, self-starter and generating tasks.
  • Experience in digital marketing is plus.
  • Creative, flexible and positive thinking (AI tools knowledge is plus).
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-cultural team in global company.
