
Division Director (Chimes Virginia)
Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the Division Director is responsible for leading, administering and managing the operation of their respective programs and services, the implementation of the Agency strategic plan, policies, and the development and implementation of new and/or expanded initiatives. The Division Director directs plans, coordinates and monitors programs and fiscal operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers and/or program participants. The Division Director is responsible for maintaining and improving service systems and practices which promote the Agency’s mission and ensures quality service delivery.
