Clinic Manager

Job Description The Clinic Manager manages flow and the operations of the clinic. Coordinates services with primary care team and acts as a primary liaison. Triages and assesses participants as needed and is the gatekeeper for daily clinic scheduling and flow of department. Provides skilled nursing care to participants; implements provider orders; develops appropriate plans of care; provides education and training to participants, caregivers, families, and associates; and communicates participant's condition to caregivers, primary care, and the interdisciplinary team (IDT).
