Aggregate Apprentice

This individual will engage in a combination of On-the-Job Training (OJT), coupled with Mentoring under the guidance of experienced Aggregate Technicians and Supervisors, and Related Instruction through correspondence courses (self-study) through Apprentice ND, seminars, factory trainings and other venues determined by the company. Training through a local technical college. Classes will focus on the various skills needed for the typical Aggregate Service Technician. Upon satisfactory completion of the program, the Apprentice will receive the Aggregate Service Technician Certification from the Department of Labor.
