As a Project & Implementation Manager, you take ownership of the successful coordination and execution of customer-specific projects within the Rail-Flow Transport Management Platform – from planning and implementation through to rollout and support. Along the way, you actively make use of modern AI-powered tools for documentation, task planning, status reporting, and client communication.
- Management of implementation projects – You oversee, coordinate, and steer multiple customer-specific projects within the Rail-Flow Transport Management Platform.
- Planning and rollout management – You create and maintain project and rollout plans and coordinate role assignments with management
- Project management standards – You ensure projects run in line with Rail-Flow standards, including setup and maintenance in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Atlas – while making smart use of AI-enhanced functions such as auto-generated reports and intelligent linking of Confluence content.
- Requirements and change management – You manage requirements, bugs, and change requests together with the Implementation Manager, always keeping contractual agreements in mind.
- Client and project communication – You organize and moderate client status meetings, steering committees, and release meetings.
- Risk management – You identify project risks early, implement mitigation measures, and bring critical issues to the right stakeholders when needed.
- Invoice management – You ensure invoices for project services are accurate and issued on time, in coordination with our finance team.
