ASRC Federal Advanced Research has an immediate opening for a Procurement Analyst Level 3 in support of our FAA engineering program for the Navigation and Landing Systems Group. This position serves as the primary organizational financial link to the budget, schedule, and workload planning efforts. Responsibilities:
Procurement of supplies and services
Analyzing price proposals
Maintaining and reviewing records of items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance, and inventories
Maintaining purchase documentation in the organization’s database systems
Preparing purchase orders
Provide financial support to ensure federal travel is in accordance with travel policy
Assist with team acquisition needs and ensure FAA procurement policies are followed
Track and reconcile funding in support of travel and other project expenditures
Assist in the creation and reconciliation against the budget planning and program directives
Provide assistance with other financial efforts
Serve as a PRISM purchase card reviewer to reconcile purchases
Assisting FAA budget analysts and managers with preparation and reconciliation of budget documents and reports.
Requirements:
US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required. All applicants must have resided in the United States for the past 3 years.
On-site presence will be as required by the FAA.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Detail oriented to ensure accuracy with reconciliations and data entry
Experience working in a team environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with NAS (National Airspace System) is a plus
Ability to pass an FAA background investigation
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree is required and minimum of 10 years of financial experience.
Experience with FAA accounting systems (PRISM, DELPHI, REGIS) and a working knowledge of FAA budget and procurement policy is highly desired.
