The Stylist Level I will be responsible for servicing Xtrands+ members efficiently and delivering the Ultimate Member Experience while mastering the Xtrands+ solution. The Stylist Level I will work collaboratively with key functional areas and senior leadership to drive the HairClub’s Core Four: Employee Experience, Member Experience, Sales Experience and Facilities, Inventory and Technology (FIT)C and create memories of a lifetime and making a difference in the lives of others.
