Job Description
The Program Manager provides ownership and accountability for missionary programs, which may consist of products, processes, and projects. They work under the direction of the managing director or a director and regularly receive direction from those sources and/or General Authorities. The Program Manager ensures that directed outcomes are accomplished, and that missionary needs are strategically anticipated and approached. The Program Manager translates direction into vision and strategy and oversees the products and project management effort.
